An accident between a motorcycle and a truck on federal highway 200, at the height of the population of Rincón de Guayabitos, within the municipality of Compostela, Nayarit, It generated mobilization by the emergency authorities and forced the partial closure of the road, on Tuesday afternoon.
The Ministry of Citizen Security and Protection of the state confirmed that elements of the General Directorate of Citizen Protection and Firefighters went to the site to provide immediate attention. The accident was reported through the emergency number 911, from where the presence of possibly injured people was notified.
A white Honda brand motorcycle and a Chevrolet load truck of the same color was located at the scene of the accident. The motorcycle driver, a man whose identity has not been revealed, was stabilized by paramedics on the site before being transferred to a medical emergency center.
Rincón de Guayabitos lived minutes of tension due to the interruption of traffic, especially at the height of a well -known nightclub in the area. Motorists were stranded for several minutes, while road personnel controlled the passage of vehicles and the necessary maneuvers were performed to clear the road.
Despite the magnitude of the impact, no damage was reported that implied fire risk in the units involved. The state authorities indicated that the corresponding reviews were made to rule out fuel leaks or other dangerous elements.
