The National Force League (LNF) is an annual competition for force athletes consisting of four tournaments held during the calendar year. In addition to Móstoles, this year the venues are Utrillas (Teruel), Ciudad Real and Elche. The preliminary tournament (TP) has previously been held in which a number of athletes participate to get three places of this year’s LNF. Móstoles will be the headquarters of the first tournament of the National Force League 2025, considered as the Spanish Force Championship and that this year fulfills its sixteenth edition. Five tests
The tests of the competition, organized by the sports journalist Emilio Marquiegui in collaboration with the City Council of Móstoles through the Department of Sports and Health, They will be played on Saturday, May 31 at 11:00 a.m. in the Plaza del Sol, located in the Pau-4. The competition will be supervised by reputable Powerlifting Judges or weight of national and international category, and endorsed by prestigious associations and federations, such as the Spanish Organization for Force Sports.
These are the tests that will be played:
Truck drag: The athlete will drag a 12 -tons truck with harness and rope along 20 meters, in a time less than 60 seconds.
Cylinder lifting: The athletes will request the weight they want to raise in each of the three cylinder lifting attempts. The bar progressively loads and does not discharge, so if an athlete fails in a weight, it will not be able to ask for a lower weight. The one that strategically lifes the valid attempts is overcome.
