According to Pablo Dimitroff, director of the Olivos Clinic, he advised the domiciliary hospitalization of Maradona. In addition, he said that the bruise was not “an emergency”, although there were indicators “that an intervention had to be done at some point.”
At the same time, the doctor founded his position in the character of Diego and the fact of having cataloged him as an “aggressive patient.” “We were with an aggressive patient, who started the tracks; he was a very complicated patient to take to the home,” he said.

Despite these recommendations, Dimitroff revealed that Luque informed him of the decision of a home hospitalization and that “they were looking for a home that fulfilled all the aspects they needed to have a better control” of the former player.
