According to the cut made at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, there are 294 elements fighting the claims, while two fires were already liquidated after consuming 36 hectares.
Of active fires, two develop within protected natural areas. The Municipality of Madera records two significant conflagrations, with more than 9,700 hectares affected combined, while in Bocoyna it was possible to control a large fire that swept 9,708 hectares.
The authorities have managed to contain 100% fires in Bocoyna and Guerrero. However, in municipalities such as Moris and Balleza, fire is still out of control in some areas, which has raised the attention of emergency bodies.
-The accumulated fire figure so far from 2025 amounts to 379, with a total preliminary surface of 82,302.47 hectares.
Conafor reiterated the call to the population to avoid the use of fire in forest areas and immediately report any column of smoke to 800 737 0000 or 911.
