Drafting/Quadratín Jalisco
Guadalajara, Jal., May 8, 2025.- The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of Jalisco has maintained constant communication with the company Francoomexican Aerosols and with the surrounding companies, with the purpose of ensuring that the affected people receive the necessary economic support to cover needs such as housing, medical care and funeral services after the fires that occurred in industrial poplar.
It should be remembered that, in recent days there was a contingency in the facilities, in which people were in their work.
Ricardo Barbosa Ascencio, Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare of Jalisco, reported that the company’s representatives made frequent visits to hospitals in which injured people are, providing monitoring and direct accompaniment to families.
“The Federal Labor Law establishes that if a worker dies, the family premium, the proportional parties and two months of salary for funeral expenses corresponds to his family/beneficiaries. The least amount that has been granted as support is 100 thousand pesos, a figure that exceeds the provisions of the Federal Labor Law,” said the official.
-The Frenchxican Aerosols company granted financial support, above what is established by law, for injuries and relatives of deceased persons.
The company also mentioned that they have ensured that those who were affected in their home have conditions worthy of accommodation while the situation is normalized.
The reconstruction of housing and damaged spaces will begin as soon as the security conditions in the area allow it and the State Civil Protection and fire Unit of Jalisco authorizes it.
Through the National Jalisco Employment Service (SNEJ), attention is given to people who temporarily were left without work, with the aim of supporting the economic stability of their homes.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare reiterates its willingness to attend and guide families that require support or advice.
