The countdown is already underway. The Argentine National Team is preparing for the Copa América, although there will be two stops prior to the continental event: the team led by Lionel Scaloni will face Ecuador on Sunday and Guatemala on Friday of next week, the last two preparatory friendlies prior to the big appointment.

The delegation completed its second training session this Wednesday at the facility where Inter Miami works. There, Lionel Messi plays at home. The team captain gave smiles throughout the training except when he had to go to the middle in a crazy race in which he ran and seemed very focused.

The practice was at the Florida Blue Training Center. Germán Pezzella, who is recovering from a microfracture that he suffered in a toe in mid-May, moved in the gym. Guido Rodríguez also did specific work. Marcos Acuña, who came with pubalgia, and Nahuel Molina, recovered from a tear, moved alongside the group. Scaloni must present the final list on June 15 and he has already warned that the next training sessions and friendlies will be tests that will allow him to draw his latest conclusions. No one can afford to relax.
