This Sunday, June 9, the 87th edition of the Tour of Switzerland began. During the day, an individual time trial of 4.7 kilometers was carried out which, although short, was run quite intensely.
Brandon Rivera, also from Ineos, came within a second of Egan Bernal. For its part, Nairo Quintana reached the finish line in 5’31”, while Einer Rubio was 28 seconds away from first position. The Movistar team from Boyacá pushed hard and achieved good times in the time trial. Sergio Higuita, Colombian Bora rider, was 23” behind the leader.
