This Monday the last date of the all against all of the Women’s League 2024 and although there was still one place to be defined, the day was decisive for many teams, as the teams were playing for their respective final positions.
Before the matchday there were seven teams classified, but there were four with possibilities for that spot, being Independent Medellin the one who arrived with more options, despite resting on this date 15.
The powerful ended up being eighth place despite La Equidad’s 4-3 victory against Junior, who left without winning a single match in the tournament. Due to goal difference, it was not enough for them.
In addition, Deportivo Pasto tied 2-2 with Alianza and Inter Palmira despite the fact that they equaled the Antioquias, they needed to win by more than eight goals and they did so by 2-0 against Llaneros, so it was not enough for the insurers.
In the most notable match of the day, the lionesses of Santa Fe tied 2-2 against América in El Campín and that result did not favor the scarlets, who ended up falling to second place in the standings with 33 points, thus being the head of the B’s home run.
Atlético Nacional was one of the most benefited on this last day, due to the 6-0 victory against Cúcuta, so it took first place from América and they will be at the head of the group in A.
