“He has not taken charge of anything”: young man denounces former La Roja footballer for paternity of his son

The former La Roja footballer and current member of CSKA Moscow, Víctor Felipe Méndez, was denounced on social networks by the young Sofía Pinto, who accuses the athlete of extending a paternity lawsuit in order not to pay alimony.

Through a publication on social networks, Pinto accused that the man trained at Unión Española has not taken responsibility for their son, and assured that after testing positive for the DNA test, which was done voluntarily, the footballer requested a countersample only to delay the payment of alimony.

“After the examination, my lawyer contacted Víctor on good terms, so that he would voluntarily recognize my son and not continue to prolong this process, to which Víctor requested a counter sample and “He literally threatened us that he was going to prolong the process so as not to pay the pension (clearly he does not want to recognize his son)”indicated the young woman.

“It seems unusual to me that a person could treat their child in such a way.” and it is outrageous that a public figure like him, who is supposed to be a reference (being a high-performance athlete) and considering, furthermore, that he is on the Red’s pre-payroll and being part of a soccer team in abroad,” the woman added in the complaint.

Finally, in his Instagram post, Pinto adds the document with the DNA test between Méndez and the woman’s son, where he affirms genetic compatibility.

“Víctor has not taken care of anything financially and has only dedicated himself to humiliating me and disrespecting me and my son, ignoring his responsibility as a “father” (…) I hope that with this we can make even more visible what many women experience every day, with this type of “men”, “How painful and humiliating this process has been for me and my 5-month-old son, I will not tire of seeking justice and I hope that this will show the true face of this person,” the young woman closes.

The young woman had made a similar complaint in December, before giving birth, stating that she had not been accompanied by the footballer. Likewise, Méndez has not publicly addressed the complaint and since December, she has kept her Instagram account private.
