The FIA investigates four drivers after the contacts in FP3 in Spain

FIA stewards are investigating Lewis Hamilton, Lance Stroll, Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris after two strange collisions in the third free practice sessions of the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix of Formula 1. With the last run before the qualifying session being critical for the drivers to fine-tune their set-up and tire preparation before qualifying, everyone was looking for a space for a clean turn.

However, there were two separate incidents where drivers seemed to get the better of them after seeing their laps ruined. In the first touch, which took place twenty minutes into practice, the seven-time champion accidentally got in the way of the Canadian, who was on a fast lap.
