We are in a time of presentations and announcements of all kinds in the video game industry, and there are many companies that take the opportunity to show their great news. One of them has been MY.GAMESthe European publisher and developer that has presented its new premium games label: Knights Peak Interactive.
Under this new seal, MY.GAMES seeks to elevate gaming experiences through a diverse portfolio of titles and always with the brand’s commitment to quality, creativity and player participation. Eugenio Vitale, director of the new label, enthusiastically notes that “we are embarking on an incredible journey. Knights Peak represents a fusion of passion, talent and boundless creativity. Knights Peak Interactive has presented its first five games:
Starship Troopers: Extermination
An exciting first-person sci-fi shooter set in the universe of ‘Starship Troopers‘. The game is developed by Offworld Industries and immerses players in intense battles against spider invaders. It is a title for 16 players, and the person in charge of announcing the game was Casper Van Dien, star of the original film, who announced that his character, Johnny Rico, will appear in Starship Troopers: Extermination in a new game mode for a single player.
The new mode will offer 25 missions and focuses entirely on the single player experience, offering a variety of PvE combat scenarios. One of the most notable developments is also Carnage on Planet X-11, which arrives in the next update and allows an almost infinite number of bug corpses to remain throughout the battlefield. Thus remembering the intense conflicts that have taken place, offering a more realistic and immersive feeling. The release date for Starship Troopers: Extermination on PC (it is currently in early access) and consoles will be next October 11th.
Mandrake
A dark fantasy action role-playing game where players become powerful Inquisitors, unraveling secrets and battling mythical creatures as they forge their destiny. Six character classes with unique talent trees, 96 passive skills and more than 200 active ones with a multitude of main missions and options to complete. A title developed by Primal Game Studio that invites players to enter its dark medieval fantasy world in which magic and danger constantly collide. Humanity has given the world to monsters and the people of Faelduum are hidden behind walls built by their leaders. A world in decline through which we will travel making tough moral decisions among the many paths worth taking. It will be available for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at the end of the year.
Nikoderiko: The Magical World
A charming platform game starring adorable mongooses. Developed by VEA Games, the title promises moving moments and outstanding gameplay that we can enjoy throughout seven worlds between which we will navigate to save the island and its tribes from Cobring’s army. With a soundtrack composed by David Wise (Donkey Kong Country), a good time is guaranteed in a game with a family design that can be enjoyed cooperatively. It will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch in late 2024.
Knights Peak also re-releases two games such as the metroidvania Blast Brigade vs the Evil Legion of Dr. Cread and the classic RPG Pathfinder: Kingmaker.
