Cheap PCs with Snapdragon X Series processors will be available in the last quarter of 2025
As we can see on Medium, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo stated on Medium that Qualcomm is working on a “low-cost” Snapdragon X series processor codenamed Canim. It is added that the processor will have 4nm architecture made by TSMC.
This processor will be intended for “general purpose” PCs between USD $599 and USD $799. This would represent a huge discount compared to the current prices of Snapdragon X PCs, in which practically all options cost over USD $999.
Furthermore, it is reported that the launch of this new wave of Canim processors is only scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.. This means that there is more than a year left until they are announced.
