From Asus they have presented the VivoWatch 6, their new smartwatch that brings as its main novelty a series of health management functions, among which is being the first smart watch in the world that measures blood pressure and electrocardiogram with the fingertip.
This is how Asus announced that the VivoWatch 6 will feature a 1.39-inch AMOLED Gorilla Glass touchscreen display with 350 nits of brightness. In addition to the ASUS Blood Pressure and ASUS ECG applications, it is capable of measuring body composition, sleep quality, as well as a relaxation index and a body harmony analysis.
Health Management
According to what Asus explains, this new watch has two sets of medical-grade ECG and PPG sensors, which offer measurements at the tip of your fingers. This is how the outer ring of the VivoWatch 6 incorporates a bioelectrical impedance (BIA) sensor to measure body composition.
