Wildcats Win Nailbiter, 3-2, Over Huskies

SEATTLE, Wash. — The No. 16 Arizona Wildacts (26-14, 14-5) put together a complete effort to win a tight 3-2 contest against the Washington Huskies (14-20-1, 6-13) on Friday night in Seattle.

Arizona pitching allowed just two runs, both coming on a home run, and struck out nine, the defense played error-free baseball, and the offense posted eight timely hits to take the series opener.
