Poza Rica, Ver. – (Vanguardia de Veracruz).- Five men and a woman were captured after an operation in the Las Granjas neighborhood, and drugs and weapons were also seized from them.
The above occurred thanks to a citizen complaint, so members of the Ministry of Public Security, through the State Police, proceeded to respond to the report on the sale of narcotics in the Las Granjas neighborhood.
Upon arriving at the scene, they observed five men and a woman next to two Italika motorcycles, without license plates. At that moment, the people began to shoot with firearms at the uniformed officers, but they were neutralized.
After that, the people identified themselves as Brayan Ulises “N”, Luis Alberto “N”, Uriel “N”, Luis “N”, José Alberto “N” and Zoila “N”, whose belongings and they seized four short firearms, chargers, useful cartridges, a tactical vest and two knives.
In addition to 386 doses and six bags of a granulated substance similar to glass, 34 bags and a package with green herb similar to marijuana, a gramera scale and two cards with warning messages.
The six detainees are being investigated, as they would be related to some criminal acts that occurred in the area.
The 6 people were detained for alleged crimes against institutions, illegal possession of firearms and against health.
Likewise, they remained at the disposal of the corresponding authority for any responsibility that may arise.
