Footage shows, at 7:30PM, Franco fleeing, while Delgado briefly chases him before walking into a nearby lot and collapsing.

Authorities received an emergency call about an individual fallen in the parking lot near the Dollar Tree store on Haley Street, near Columbus St. When they arrived at the scene, Delgado had a stab wound on the left side of his body, as well as a cut on his hand. At 8:30 pm he died at the scene. Unopened food stained with blood was found next to him, as well as a trail of blood drops leading to his body.

Arrest and charges

According to the Sherrif’s office, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Franco on the charge of murder. He was arrested the night of February 22 in the 2600 block of Oswell Street. He faces a charge of first-degree murder. He does not have the right to bail.
