The Ministry of Economy and the Business Coordinating Council (CCE), met with a mission of Taiwanese companies led by the Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers Association (TEEMA), as well as members of the Taiwan Semiconductor and Electromobility Research and Development Institute, to hold the Business Meeting on Electric Vehicles, with the aim of showing the competitive advantages that our country offers to promote the electromobility sector.

In a statement, the Ministry of Economy detailed that Mexico’s industrial policy strengthens various sectors that generate sustainable investments such as electromobility and semiconductors, in addition to the creation of well-paid and specialized jobs for the benefit of our talent. technical and professional.

The government reiterated that Mexico is an attractive destination for investments by large companies, since it is a key player for international trade, favored by its free trade agreements, its geographical location, and its air, maritime, road and rail connectivity. Furthermore, we are a country of young people, which has talent and labor force increasingly specialized in strategic sectors.

And with the objective of sharing perspectives of the electromobility market in Mexico, this business delegation will meet, for a week, with business chambers from the automotive, auto parts and energy sectors, as well as with secretaries of Economic Development from different entities in the country.
