Enderson Moreira is no longer at Sporting Cristal: the Brazilian’s numbers

Sporting Cristal shook Friday morning with unexpected news: Enderson Moreira is no longer at the club. That’s how he mentioned it Joel Rafopresident of the club, and was later confirmed through a farewell on his social networks.

“Our thanks to Enderson Moreira and the members of his CT: his technical assistant Luis Fernando Flores, the Physical Trainer Gerson Rocha and the Performance Analyst Víctor Flores for these months of work. We wish you many successes in the future,” the club wrote.

Enderson Moreira arrived in 2024 after the departure of Tiago Nunes and had one of the best starts in the Apertura Tournament, but doubts came when it was time to play at the international level. He was eliminated in the second qualifying phase against Always Ready from Bolivia and since then he never achieved the same trust from the fans and the board.

During the less than six months that he was at Sporting Cristal, The Brazilian achieved 14 wins, one draw and 4 losses between the domestic and international tournament. He showed a very offensive team with the ability to do damage, but that let the team play and was not secure in defense.

For now it is not known who will take over the technical direction of Sporting Cristal, but Jorge Soto will probably do so on an interim basis. Iván Bulos can also be a momentary option.
