Drafting. Securitas Direct has called the ninth edition of its young talent program ‘Verisure Scholarships’ for recent graduates, which will run from September to June 2025.
The program, which is developed in collaboration with the Camilo José Cela University and the University and Business Foundation (FUE), offers a total of 22 scholarships in this new edition.
The security services company incorporated 70% of the previous edition’s scholarship recipients into its staff. 39% of new hires in the last year correspond to young talent – under 30 years old -, which represents 22% of the workforce.
The selection process for young scholarship recipients will consist of escape room group dynamics to solve problems as a team and demonstrate their skills in everyday situations in the work environment.
In addition, they will conduct interviews with their future tutors, so that they will be able to learn about the daily work of the company and the team of which they would be part.
Candidates who want to access Verisure scholarships must be recent graduates in Human Resources and labor relations, mathematics, data analytics, data sciences, economics, communication and psychology, among other careers, and have at least an intermediate B2 level of English.
Additionally, in the program young people will take the blended master’s degree in continuing training in organizational management in digital environments and data analyticsin which they will learn about big data, business intelligence and project management, all focused on improving decision making through the interpretation and management of data.
