Still in the Philippe Chatrierbefore retiring to the locker room, Djokovic spoke with the microphones of ESPN Tennis and was asked about his next rival: “He is a good boy, hardworking, along with his brother a few years ago they joined the tour. Cerúndolo comes from playing from lowest to highest, reaching a very high level, against Tommy Paul (14th), whom he managed to defeat 3-6, 6-3, 6-3 and 6-2 and place for the second consecutive time among the 16 best in the only Grand Slam on clay.
