The PFederal Consumer Attorney (Profeco) reported to a service station after finding irregularities in the delivery of fuel in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.

Profeco personnel carried out a verification of the fuel dispensing devices at the Petromax service station, which is located on the Monterrey-Reynosa highway, kilometer 202.5; where they found missing 107.41 milliliters of fuel for every 20 liters of fuel dispensed.

Given this, the department proceeded to immobilize the pump/hose that presented this problem.

On the other hand, the Attorney General’s Office reported the gas station with the company name Raúl Velasco y Oliver, located in Huamantla, Tlaxcala, because the workers refused to verify its facilities.

Meanwhile, it reported that for the period from May 24 to 30, it responded to 286 consumer complaints and made 284 verification visits to gas stations to verify the legality of their operations.
