Some Internet users have reported that the posters placed outside their polling stations do not match the minutes uploaded to the Preliminary Election Results Program (PREP)they even shared photos where the poster announces that all the votes were for only one party, something that is colloquially known as “shoe box.”

In an interview with the media on June 4, Counselor Faz emphasized that the posters with the results that are placed outside the box They have no legal effects.
“The signs that are posted outside the polls have no legal value, they are merely informative, if there is an error in the transcription It is good that it is pointed out but if there are no inconsistencies between the original minutes and the minutes that the parties have, even if the poster has said one thing, then what counts are the minutes,” he said.
Councilor Faz explained that it is very difficult to recount 100 percent of the votes of any choicesince some of the causes established in the law must be met, otherwise it would be illegal.
