In this regard, the director of the agency, Mauricio Ordaz Flores, stated that since last March 15, Civil Protection carried out an inspection at the site and detected that it did not comply with the security measures, so he was asked to comply with the guidelines to be able to release the corresponding permits, however, until the night of last Friday, June 7, the day of the tragedy, this did not happen.
