The Canadian band Fucked Up has announced his most recent album production, Another Daywhich follows his previous work One Day and stands out for the inclusion of collaborators such as Sam Bielanski, Pretty Matty, Charlie Manning-Walker, Holden Abraham, D. Franklan and Danko Jones.
The lead single, Stimming, is accompanied by a hyperactive video clip that seeks to “represent the transcendence of music from our interior towards a physical action,” in the words of the band. The song is an ode to self-regulating behavior through repetition, a metaphor for how music and physical movement can create a liberating and creative space.
In addition to the album release, Fucked Up has revealed the dates of his upcoming North American and European tour, promising to bring his energy and new material to stages around the world.
