Mexico City.- The legendary group Metallica, included in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, joins Fortnite in version 30.10, promising a season full of music and adrenaline. Starting June 13, players will be able to enjoy Season 4 of the Fortnite Festival, with the arrival of metal icons James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo.
An Immersive Musical Experience
The main event, “Metallica: Fuel. Fire. Fury.”, will offer an unparalleled musical experience from June 22. This Magnopus creation will allow players to enjoy six of Metallica’s best songs across six different times over two days, providing an intense 30-minute show. The schedules are as follows:

Fortnite Festival Season 4
Season 4 brings with it the new “PvP Battle Stage” game mode, where 16 players compete in a musical free-for-all until only one is left standing. Additionally, players will be able to progress through the Festival Pass, which includes a free and premium rewards track, unlocking exclusive Metallica outfits and items.
Missions and Rewards
Players will be able to complete Metallica missions to unlock special rewards like James’ ESP Snakebyte guitar and Robert’s Warwick M72 bass. These missions will be available until July 21, 2024.
Ride the Lightning in Pitched Battle
In Royal Battle, players will be able to find Ride the Lightning guitars, which allow them to both move around the map and attack enemies. Additionally, Metallica’s Loot Island will appear in the sky, offering an M72 World Tour-inspired stage and additional rewards.
The Metallica Cup
On June 18, the Metallica Cup will take place in Royal Battle, where players will be able to compete in squads for the chance to win the Metal Bell emote. The details and requirements to participate are found in the official Metallica Cup regulations.
Rocket Racing and More
Rocket Racing’s Monte Thrash track, featuring a volcanic theme and the song “Fuel” by Metallica, will be available until August 16, 2024. Players will be able to unlock rewards such as the Backfire body and other Metallica-themed items.
Puppet Master Outfits
Starting June 13, Metallica members’ Puppet Master outfits will be available in the store, along with several tracks from the band. The items and outfits will have a supernatural style and will be available until August 16, 2024.
The arrival of Metallica to Fortnite promises an epic season full of music and action. With special events, challenging missions, and exclusive rewards, players will have multiple opportunities to demonstrate their skills and celebrate rock greatness.
