Luis Juanicó, doctor in nuclear engineering and researcher at the National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA) and CONICET, provided advice on Chain 3 about how to save energy and reduce the cost of electricity and gas bills. He also emphasized the need to improve urban planning regulations to promote greater energy efficiency in new constructions. “How can an all-electric building be approved without providing reinforcements to the power line,” he questioned.
