The Mobility Secretariat (SDM) prepared an operational plan for the celebration this Saturday, June 15, 2024, for the Colombian soccer final that will take place at the El Campín Stadium.

“This major operation has more than 200 units dedicated to protecting and improving the mobility conditions of the sector (…) We will be carrying out bad parking operations in the vicinity of the stadium. We will also have a great operational plan in the Simón Bolívar park,” said Jhon González, undersecretary of mobility management.
In order to carry out the Santa Fe vs. Bucaramanga, this Saturday, June 15, 2024, between 01:00 pm and 11:00 pm, the District Mobility Secretariat authorized the following road closures:
Authorized road closures
- Transversal 28 between Calle 57 and Carrera 28; Total closure of eastern and western carriageways, the platform on the eastern side will not be affected. The organizer must implement a controlled access lane for residents affected by the implementation of the road closure, for which the lane must be marked with plastic barriers such as briefcases intertwined with tubular delineators and logistics personnel who indicate to the residents surrounding the road the way to enter and exit the road section.
- Calle 53b bis between Carrera 28 and Avenida NQS; Total closure of north and south roads.
- 57a street between NQS avenue and diagonal 61c; Total road closure (access to the parking lot in the northern area of the El Campin stadium located between NQS avenue and diagonal 61c must be guaranteed). The organizer must articulate the mitigation measures at this point with those proposed for carrying out activities at the Movistar Arena coliseum.
- The pedestrian path and the cycle path on the eastern side of the avenue. NQS should not be affected, it should be completely free.
Authorized diversions
-Users traveling south – north on Av. NQS and wish to take Calle 53b bis to the east and Carrera 24 to the north, they must continue north on Av. NQS – diagonal 61c to the east – av. Carrera 24 to the north where they join their usual route (see map 1).

-Users traveling north-south on Av. Carrera 24 or transversal 28 and want to take Av. 53rd street to the west they should take transversal 25 to the south – diagonal 53c to the east – race 24 to the south – av. 53rd Street to the west where they join their usual route (see map 2).
-Users who travel in an east-west direction on 57th Street and wish to take Transverse 28 and Carrera 28 to the south and Av. 53rd street to the west, you should take Carrera 21 to the south – Av. 53rd Street to the west where they join their usual route (see map 2).
Access to residents of the sector affected by the closure
According to the implementation of the road closures, only the properties located on the eastern side of transversal 28 between Carrera 28 and Calle 57 will be affected, those who through the slow lane of the eastern carriageway of transversal 28 will be able to circulate from the 53b street to their places of residence.
Other data from the Colombian soccer final
The entry of cloths, instruments and other approved entertainment elements will begin at 2:00 pm on Saturday. The stadium doors will open at 4:30 pm. Atlético Bucaramanga fans will be located in the western stand and their entrance will be there.

The TransMilenio operation will be operating at its usual schedule until 11:00 pm in order to guarantee transportation for fans and their families to their destinations.
The Simón Bolívar Metropolitan Park will have a screen for fans and will be enabled from 2:00 pm This space will be accompanied by the Bogotá Metropolitan Police, the dialogue and coexistence managers and 220 IDRD logisticians.
