“This major operation has more than 200 units dedicated to protecting and improving the mobility conditions of the sector (…) We will be carrying out bad parking operations in the vicinity of the stadium. We will also have a great operational plan in the Simón Bolívar park,” said Jhon González, undersecretary of mobility management.

The organizer must articulate the mitigation measures at this point with those proposed for carrying out activities at the Movistar Arena coliseum.
  • The pedestrian path and the cycle path on the eastern side of the avenue. NQS should not be affected, it should be completely free.

According to the implementation of the road closures, only the properties located on the eastern side of transversal 28 between Carrera 28 and Calle 57 will be affected, those who through the slow lane of the eastern carriageway of transversal 28 will be able to circulate from the 53b street to their places of residence.
