The Mexican director Moisés Ortiz Urquidi He died of a sudden myocardial infarction while filming his current project. She was 58 years old.

Moisés, who was recognized for his work in important productions such as “Appointment in Paradise” (1992), “Las Aparicio” (2015) and “El Señor de los Cielos” (2013), was with his actors, including the soap opera actress and former first lady of Mexico Angélica Rivera, at the time of her death.

It was her sister, the producer Ana Celia Urquidi who confirmed the death of her Moisés on June 14.

“I never imagined going through this great pain. It would be assumed that my younger brother would leave after me. It was not like that. Many kilometers away they told me the sad news that my little brother Moisés Ortiz Urquidi, the youngest, the great cook, the great friend, the great director, left. They tell me stories and work,” he reported.
