The lawsuit, they claim, would have been filed on June 4, long before both Anahí and Maite confessed that a new audit is being carried out in the case, this to clarify several irregularities during the “I’m Rebel Tour“, as an alleged diversion of funds in which Rosas would be involved.

It was in March of this year when it was revealed that the famous pop band had several problems during the tour, such as that they did not receive payment for the concerts they offered at the Foro Sol and the Azteca Stadium in CDMX, among other presentations.

But this lawsuit has affected the band, internally, since Anahí has decided not to cut off the friendship she maintains with Rosas, causing discontent among some of her colleagues, like Christian.

So far it is unknown if Mia Colucci’s interpreter also figures in the legal battle; What is a fact is that the situation frustrated the band’s plans to continue with the “Soy Rebelde Tour.”

It should be noted that Rosas was separated from his position as the group’s manager while the tour was still underway; However, he has denied the accusations against him: “In no way and at no time did T6H Entertainment or Guillermo Rosas or any employee divert or make illicit use of any type of money from ‘Soy Rebelde Tour’, nor did they participate in “no embezzlement of any kind, as some media outlets have suggested,” he said in a statement issued in May of this year.
