According to reports from the authorities, the accident happened when Bohóquez hit the tractor-trailer from behind, which braked suddenly. The impact caused the motorcycle to catch fire, resulting in the immediate death of its driver.

Cristian Marcelo Bohóquez, native of San Antonio de Tequendama, had celebrated Father’s Day the day before his death. Bohóquez was a SENA student and worked as an execution technician at Green Móvil. He was married and the father of two children, who are now facing the loss of a loved one.
