The signing of Radamel Falcao in Millionaires sends a record for samarium. He is two goals away from surpassing Víctor Aristizábal as Colombia’s historic scorer.
The brand that the Antioquian treasured for 17 years could pass to another owner. He is the top scorer with 346 goals, one less than the new Albiazul striker. He will need two to stay in that condition.
Radamel Falcao scored 307 goals in clubs and 36 with the Colombian National Team. In River did Four. Five; in Port 72; with Atlético de Madrid 70; in Monaco 83; in Manchester United 4, one in Chelseawith Galatasaray 20 and closed in Rayo Vallecano with 12.
The last goal was scored on December 6, 2023 with the Spanish team in the 2-0 victory over Yeclano for the Copa del Rey. In his third campaign he completed four.
His arrival in Colombian football also increases the difficulty of Dayro Moreno of Once Caldas, third on that list with 337.
“Here in Colombia there are a lot of scorers, that’s not a secret. I can name 20 or 30, and they are all great. I work for what’s mine, and I’m going to look for that record, and as the teacher said, I’m also going for Aristizábal,” indicated last March when he established himself as the one with the most goals in the local league.
