The Comptroller of the NATIONAL ELECTRICITY REGULATORY ENTITY has resolved: 1.- Publicize the request for Access to the Existing Transportation Capacity required by the company GENERADORA SOLAR SANTA ROSA SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (GENERADORA SOLAR SANTA ROSA SA) for the increase of power of the Solar de los Andes Photovoltaic Solar Park from its current value of FIVE MEGAWATTS (5 MW) to a value of SEVEN MEGAWATTS (7 MW), connected to the 13.2 kV network of the COMPANY DISTRIBUIDORA DE ELECTRICIDAD DEL ESTE SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (EDESTE SA), who will act in its capacity as Additional Provider of the Transport Technical Function (PAFTT), in the Province of MENDOZA. 2.- The publication ordered in article 1 of this act will be carried out by means of a NOTICE on the website of the NATIONAL ELECTRICITY REGULATORY ENTITY (ENRE), requiring the ADMINISTRATOR COMPANY OF THE ELECTRICAL WHOLESALE MARKET SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (CAMMESA) to do what own on its internet portal, for a period of FIVE (5) administrative business days, on both web portals. It will be stated that a period of FIVE (5) administrative business days is granted, counted from the last publication made, for whoever considers it appropriate to present an alternative Access project that produces an optimization of the technical-economic functioning of the System. Argentine Interconnection (SADI) or present observations or oppositions on the basis of the existence of damages to it. 3.- Establish that, in the event that there are well-founded presentations, common among several users, a Public Hearing will be called to allow the applicant to answer them and present their arguments. 4.- Provide that the expiration of the deadlines set in article 2 of this act without opposition presentations based on the terms described or alternative project to that of the applicant being registered, the access referred to in article 1 will be considered granted, will proceed to indicate this condition in the “Informative Record of Access to Existing Transport Capacity” on the ENRE Internet page and the parties will be informed. 5.- Let the applicant know that they must comply with the technical requirements made by CAMMESA, EDESTE SA and the ELECTRICAL ENERGY TRANSPORTATION COMPANY BY TRUNK DISTRIBUTION OF CUYO SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (DISTROCUYO SA). 6.- Let the applicant know that once the commercial authorization for the Expansion of the Solar de los Andes Photovoltaic Solar Park of 2 MW (Solar Photovoltaic Plant of the Andes II) has been granted, the person responsible for the facilities must notify the ENRE of its implementation. service and comply with the requirements of ENRE Resolution No. 558 dated November 4, 2022. 7.- Notify EDESTE SA, GENERADORA SOLAR SANTA ROSA SA, DISTROCUYO SA and CAMMESA. 8.- Register, communicate, publish in extract, give to the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION and archive.
