In the blink of an eye, River was one step away from completing the arrival of three reinforcements: Franco Carboni, Adam Bareiro and the most surprising of all, Federico Gattoni. The former San Lorenzo central defender whose pass belongs to Sevilla of Spain will play in the Más Grande and will be added as an alternative for Demichelis in the central defense.
Sevilla bought Gattoni for US$ 1,500,000 at the beginning of 2023 and left him at San Lorenzo until the middle of that year. He traveled to Spain in July to join the Andalusian team and unfortunately did not have continuity: He played only four games and that is why in the last transfer book he went on loan to Anderlecht in Belgium.

Pending documents between the clubs, Gattoni, 25, will arrive from Sevilla, where he has a contract until June 30, 2027. on loan for one year with a purchase option of 3 million dollars for 100% of the pass. It is not yet confirmed whether there will be a charge or not in the transfer.
