Isapre Colmena indicated this Friday that it detected a cybersecurity incident in part of its technological platformss, and announced that measures are being implemented to restore normality of operations. Likewise, they regretted the inconvenience that this may cause to users.
In an email addressed to its members, The insurer said that “we inform that we have detected the occurrence of a cybersecurity incident in a part of our technological platforms. This event is affecting the availability of Some of our servicess, such as issuance of electronic bonds, website, branches and Call Center.”
And then he added that “we have implemented immediate measures to manage the incident and reestablish full normality of our operations as soon as possible.”
Finally, they regretted this situation and They indicated that they will be reporting on progress in enabling services.
“We regret any inconvenience this situation may cause and will keep you informed of progress in enabling of the services,” concludes the email sent this Friday by Colmena.
