On this June 28, LGBTI Pride Day, Anejud joins the celebration and reaffirms its commitment to equality and respect for all people in the community. Despite the progress, discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity remains a painful reality in the world and in many workplaces.
LGBTI people face discriminatory attitudes and behavior on a daily basis, ranging from derogatory comments to harassment and unjustified dismissals. These situations not only violate fundamental human rights, but also prevent the construction of inclusive and safe work environments.
As an association, we are committed to promoting inclusive policies and fighting against any form of discrimination within the judiciary. It is our duty and responsibility to create spaces where each person can develop fully, without fear or prejudice.
LGBTI Pride Day is not only a day of celebration, but also an opportunity to reflect on the challenges we still face and to redouble our efforts in defending the rights of all people. At Anejud, we firmly believe that the recognition and appreciation of diversity are essential to building a more just and equal future.
