The start date of the trial is set for August 5. Eduardo Afione, senior master of works, agreed to a suspension of trial on probation, while the architect Diego Bulgheroni will go to trial.
The other people who will go to trial are: on behalf of the company, Héctor Villanueva (managing partner); and the public officials Roberto Deza (undersecretary of Public Works), Raúl Capdevila (provincial director of Public Works), Carlos Córdoba (director of Public Works) and Sergio Percat (director of Contracted Works).
