From original content to a channel
Not only will it be its own platform independent of the rest of the streaming services, with the premiere of Max in Europe, there are other new features. For example, in France, Warner Bros. Discovery has already announced that Max will be on Prime Video Channels. So it will be part of the channel catalog of the Amazon streaming service. And the truth is that the same thing could happen in Spain.
In this case, it would be an optional paid channel on Prime Video that subscribers to this platform can access. What is clear is that it is an important change, since never before has an independent service of this caliber been part of this catalog. To date, you can find channels like MGM+, Shadowz, Flixolé, AMC Selekt, Acontra+, Atresplayer Premium or even DAZN.
Max is also available on other television services, as it is part of the TV offering of Movistar Plus+, Vodafone TV and Orange TV. However, this option, which is already being considered in other countries such as France, could be something that will also happen soon in Spain.
What can already be seen is that the agreement between Max and Amazon Prime Video has already come into force. So if you are a user of this latest platform, then you can now enjoy different content that until now was HBO Max exclusives. So, although we have to wait to see if it is finally part of Prime Video Channels, for the moment, subscribers to this service can already enjoy a series of Warner movies.

They are not expected to land this first in Max and Prime Video at the same time, but over time it is possible that these contents are transferred to other platforms, such as Prime, in order to make premieres even more profitable from Warner Bros. Discovery.
