tvN’s “Jinny’s Kitchen 2″ has revealed the key highlights!
“Jinny’s Kitchen 2” is a show that will explore the ins and outs of a Korean restaurant run by a dedicated boss and passionate employees.
This time, the restaurant’s second branch will open its doors in Iceland to welcome customers. Chief Lee Seo Jin, along with Jung Yu Mi, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, and new staff member Go Min Si, will serve gomtang hot and steaming, a traditional Korean beef bone soup, in the cold Icelandic winds. Their goal is not only to temper the cold, but also to melt the hearts of their customers.
Ahead of its premiere, tvN’s “Jinny’s Kitchen 2” unveiled three reasons to look forward to the show.
Iceland’s first traditional Korean restaurant
Lee Seo Jin, a lover of gomtang For a decade, he has fulfilled his dream with “Jinny’s Kitchen 2”. Despite Iceland’s harsh climate, he launches Jinny’s Pot, the country’s inaugural Korean restaurant, serving gomtang putting their heart into it and a variety of Korean dishes adapted to local tastes.
Despite concerns about slow business in the cold Icelandic climate, a surprising number of customers visit, creating an impressive scene. The continuous flow of customers and long waiting lines amaze the staff, who question their ability to serve until closing time. Additionally, there are signs that the “Jinny’s Kitchen” series could break sales records, marking the notable success of Iceland’s first Korean restaurant, Jinny’s Pot.
Employee promotion and new intern Go Min Si
This season brings a major shift in employee roles thanks to CEO Lee Seo Jin’s bold decisions. In a newly revealed poster, Jung Yu Mi is promoted to general manager, Park Seo Joon takes on director duties, and former intern Choi Woo Shik gets a quick promotion to vice director, drawing attention. The message, “the position makes the person,” sparks curiosity about how these changes will affect them.
Most anticipated is the arrival of new intern Go Min Si. Known for her diverse background, including several part-time jobs and professional experience, Go Min Si impresses with her natural social skills, proactive attitude, dedication to tasks, and efficient work, quickly earning the respect of veteran colleagues. The interaction between gold intern Go Min Si and the existing crew promises to increase viewer enjoyment with their fresh chemistry.
The best management philosophy: “The customer is king”
Lee Seo Jin’s management approach, once focused on “sales rules” in Bacalar, Mexico, is undergoing a complete transformation. In Iceland, Lee Seo Jin runs Jinny’s Pot with a customer-first philosophy, treating customers with the utmost respect. There is increasing interest in Lee Seo Jin’s role, which will show his new management style.
The rotating head chef system heightens the anticipation. Jung Yu Mi, Park Seo Joon, and Choi Woo Shik will take turns at the helm of the kitchen, each bringing their unique style to shape the dining experience.
