In a statement reproduced today by the state news agency ACNC, the Ministry of National Defense pointed out that this act “will not tip the balance on the battlefield in favor of Ukraine, but rather will fuel the hysteria of reckless confrontation of the puppet clique of Zelensky.”
Washington confirmed last week that it has sent a significant number of missiles from the Army’s Tactical Missile System to Ukraine.
The DPRK called this decision “harassment of peace” and asserted that it continues the vile policy of providing weapons to kyiv to extend the war.
“The United States will never be able to defeat the heroic Russian Army and people with state-of-the-art weaponry or military support,” the statement stated.
Last week, a senior DPRK official suggested that increasing Washington’s military and financial aid to kyiv would be a hallucinogen that would only temporarily ease Zelensky’s fears.
The battlefields in Ukraine have become cemeteries for the weapons that the US and NATO boasted about, Deputy Foreign Minister Im Chon Il said in a statement.
