Ukrainian forces eliminated more than 20,000 Russian soldiers during the month of April in eastern Ukraine, according to data provided by the “Khortytsia” operational-strategic group of forces. In addition to personnel losses, a large amount of Russian military equipment was reportedly destroyed, including tanks, armored vehicles, artillery and rocket launch systems, among others.
The figures provided by the Ukrainian Forces detail that the losses of the Russian army during the month of April include the loss of 24,156 soldiers as well as the destruction of military equipment: Numerous tanks (308 in total), armored vehicles (671), systems artillery (575), air defense systems (10), drones (15,945), multiple rocket launch systems (19), anti-tank weapons (71), heavy flamethrower systems (1), automotive equipment (871), equipment special (12), drone control points (12), shelters (817), ammunition depots (176), fuel and lubricant depots (24).
In this sense, such reports carried out a daily record of casualties among Russian troops. On the last day of April, for example, they reported that Ukrainian defenses managed to eliminate 1,120 Russian soldiers.
