“There are Cuban officials carrying out crimes against humanity in Venezuela, they train torturers and carry out torture in the Venezuelan State (…) Maduro gives the senior officials of the Cuban regime part of how to direct these intelligence agencies”he noted.
“We have reported cases where torturers remove teeth from their victims, we have documented cases such as that of a victim who, after being beaten and having two vertebrae fractured, was taken to a medical center with shackles.”added the lawyer.
