In the plenary session, the Russian president will give the floor to his counterparts from Bolivia, Luis Arce, and from Zimbabwe, Emmerson Mnangagwa, who are his special guests at Spief 2024.

In the second half of the plenary session, the leaders will participate together in a debate, in which Putin is expected to answer numerous questions on international issues, including those related to the Ukrainian crisis.

Likewise, they announced the holding of a meeting of the Head of State with members of the Russian public organization Women in Business, which represents the interests of businesswomen from various regions of the Eurasian giant, a space that will constitute the final chord of the three-day program of the president of the Forum.

Prior to this meeting, the Forum participants will continue the work tables and signing agreements, which should total close to 900 by the close of the event, including 43 contracts with representatives of foreign companies, according to the organizers of the event.

In statements to the press, the vice president and executive secretary of the Spief Organizing Committee, Anton Kobiakov, described the event as a platform that opens debate at the highest level, escalating ideas, decisions and initiatives in all spheres of public life, where 18,600 people from 139 countries participate.
