A young Colombian of only 26 years He was brutally attacked by another man in the middle of festivities in Barcelona, Spain.
The events occurred this Monday in the city of Catalonia, when the compatriot was celebrating with some friends the verbena San Juan, the most recognized festivals in that city.

Moments later, a man of Algerian nationality approached the victim to attack him from behind and cut his throat using a knife. Although they tried to revive him, the Colombian died instantly from the attack.
Upon realizing the situation, the Police and the Urban Guard went to the place to arrest the Algerian, who had blood stains on his clothes and hands.

At the moment it is expected to know the identity of the victim. The investigation of this case is in the hands of Mossos d’Esquadra to determine the causes of this attack and establish responsibilities.
