This Saturday the presentation of the second book of “Memories of the Florentino Ameghino Dam“, which was focused on the history of the primary school in the Chubut town.
The activity took place in the Agustín Álvarez library, with a room full of former students and teachers of the educational establishment; where laughter, memories and deep emotion were shared.
The book is a historical compilation prepared by Laura Landolfi, Silvia Owen and María Eva González Espinel.
Among those present, for example, was the first graduate of the establishment, the first 1st grade teacher, four siblings who had perfect attendance during their time in Primary school and even two “ex-boyfriends” at 11 years old.
Thus, in addition to the presentation of the book itself, there was a rich exchange of anecdotes and experiences among the former educational community of this establishment so significant for the Chubut town.
