The renowned journalist Leandro Vesco (columnist for La Nación, Maleva Magazine and the Spanish 7 Caníbales) will present his book “Argentine Routes” on May 24 in Concepción del Uruguay; a travel story in which he rescues places, people and stories from all over the territory, including “La Historica” ​​in his stories.

The event will take place at the facilities of the educational institution (Urquiza 139, Concepción del Uruguay) on Friday, May 24 at 7 p.m. (punctually).

Published at the end of 2023 by the El Ateneo publishing house, “Argentine Routes” is a travel story. From Buenos Aires to Bariloche, Iguazú or Salta, the author travels through the Argentine geography and stops his gaze on those details that catch his attention in every corner that receives him: the people who embrace travelers, the lodgings that shelter rest, the gastronomy that comforts the spirit and the landscapes that mark the path.

The author

Originally from Paraná, Entre Ríos, Leandro Vesco is one of the most prominent columnists of the newspaper La Nación and correspondent in Argentina for the gastronomy media outlet 7 Caníbales.

A tireless traveler, he has visited hundreds of towns and places in our country, and is the founder of the NGO Pulpería Project, with which he works to recover key spaces for the repopulation of towns with less than one hundred inhabitants.

He is the author of four novels and the successful collection edited by El Ateneo “Desconocida Buenos Aires”, which includes the titles: Historias de frontier (2018), Escapadas soñadas (2020), Secretos de una province (2021) and Pulperías y bodegones ( 2021).

The event
