The International Book and Audiovisual Media Fair is an initiative promoted by the Ministry of Culture ofthe State of Querétaro that seeks to explore the universe of the book and the stories that go beyond the limits of the written text to other media and languages.

Furthermore, it is an invitation to explore the different angles of the literary experience, from its adaptation to cinema, theater and even sound projects in digital formats.

In that sense, FILMAQ recognizes the citizen not only as a reader, but as a reader-spectator, a new consumer of literature who accesses this experience in another way.
