Could you tell us about your second book, Scarlettand how does it differ from your previous work?

Scarlett is an anthology of short stories written between 2015 and 2020. It is a work that was published on Wattpad and was read by more than 1,500 readers. Now, these short stories will come to life in physical format. For whoever reads this book, I want you not to be afraid to think, to navigate the depths of your mind and your feelings, because I would love to know what thoughts and details each person sees when reading this story.

How do you feel to have written two books in a short time, with such different styles, and to receive so much recognition and acceptance? How are you handling this situation?

I am one of those who think like that saying that says: “He who covers a lot, pushes little”, and I need to cover a lot before pushing. For that reason I have not pigeonholed myself into fantasy, not even into the novel as a format. My journey as an author has just begun, that’s why I want to discover new genres and venture into writing them. The fantasy genre is my favorite, and at this point I think it always will be. However, literature offers us many other journeys that I do not want to miss.

Regarding public acceptance, I am only able to thank you. Thanks to those who give what I write a chance, to those who have ever read me and to those who have not yet done so. Everything I have published so far has been written in my adolescence, so I want readers to receive a message: this was my first stage as a writer, it is not all I have to offer. I promise you that I have worked and am working on stories that will exceed your expectations. And lastly, thank you. Thanks again for supporting me. Thank you for reading me and for dedicating a space in your life to my literature.

Are there any additional messages you would like to share with your readers and followers?

The truth is that there is not much more to add. Let them come to the presentations, I’ll wait for you with open arms.

The presentation of Scarlett It promises to be an emotional and significant event for both Luis López and his followers and new readers who will discover the depth of his talent through this collection of stories. The invitation is open to all those who wish to accompany the author at this important moment in his literary career.
