For those interested in delving deeper into occupational risk prevention, “Safety and Health at Work: Occupational Risk Prevention Techniques” It is presented as a safe and valuable investment in knowledge and professional practice.

About the book:

Work is an essential part of our lives, not only because of the time it takes up in our daily lives, but also because of the personal, physical and mental implications that its development entails. For this reason, decades ago the Administrations began to regulate the Health and Safety specifications that all companies and workers must apply in the workplace. The economic and, above all, personal costs of non-compliance are of great importance. In recent years, the legislative regulation, methods and general conception of this discipline have changed considerably, making it necessary to constantly adapt the regulations and seek solutions to deal with the new risks that arise in the work environment.

In parallel, the publications of Editorial Tébar Flores on this subject have been updated, revised and adapted until reaching this 11th edition on Occupational Risk Prevention Techniques, complemented by the 5th edition of Self-assessment and Learning Questionnaires on Occupational Risk Prevention and the 6th edition Regulatory Framework for the Prevention of Occupational Risks.

Its content has been fully revised and updated in accordance with current legislation, including other new aspects, such as ISO 45001, recently incorporated in this area. As in previous editions, this manual combines legislative rigor with a marked pedagogical character that includes diagrams, drawings and graphs, to meet the training needs detected in this subject.

All of this makes this work a mandatory reference for both the professional and the student of higher education in professional risk prevention; the undergraduate degree that studies this subject in its degree and, especially, the university master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. The more than 50,000 copies sold both in Spain and Latin America, together with the rigor and extension of its contents and, of course, the teaching and professional career of its author, constitute one of his best endorsements.
