The Cupra Formentor received a facelift just a few weeks ago and incorporated among the greatest novelties a light hybrid mechanics like the one fitted to some versions of the Lion for months now. Now there is also an interesting proposal that will try to conquer the most demanding users.
Under the name “Launch Edition” at Cupra they propose a Formentor equipped with the beautiful 19-inch alloy wheels, Smart Matrix LED headlights, dynamic turn signals and copper-colored accents. Added to the exterior is the double panoramic sunroof with electric drive and sunshade.
Also standard are three-zone automatic climate control, heated steering wheel, anti-theft alarm, automatic tailgate with hands-free openingconfigurable digital instrumentation, navigation system with 12.9-inch screen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, bluetooth, 12 speakers and DAB radio.
Safety equipment includes traffic sign reader, Front and rear parking sensors with Park Assist, Smartbeamhill assist, lane alert and assist, 360º camera, traffic jam assist, blind spot object detector, rear traffic alert, fatigue and pedestrian detector, etc.
The only engine available for now for the Cupra Formentor Launch Edition is the well-known 1.5 eTSI with 150 HP in combination with the seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. This engine boasts the ECO environmental label thanks to light hybridization. The price without promotions remains at €46,170.
