The customer base has increased from 454,000 to 505,000, which represents an increase of 11%. Besides, casualty rate has decreased from 14% to 12%, and the average revenue per user (ARPU) has increased by 6%. The service margin has also improved significantly, going from 18 to 21 euros, which is equivalent to a growth of more than 17%.

This growth shows the expansion of the alarm market in Spain, which has doubled in the last decade, exceeding 3 million connected alarms. However, our country still has a long way to go in terms of alarm penetration, compared to other neighboring countries, such as Norway, Sweden or Ireland, which have percentages of 23%, 18% and 16%, respectively. , in relation to homes that have alarms, which suggests sustained market growth in the future.
